The contents of the online Style Guide are to be used as guidelines and
as a resource in the creation of all components and features of the
Financial Services Company Institutional Portal Web Site.
The Style Guide is organized into two parts:
- Design Manual - Contains general interface design specifications
and graphics for the construction of the interface.
- Feature Manual - Contains feature-specific functionality documentation
and final design screenshots.
Navigation:
The Style Guide Navigation is broken down into two color-coded tabs, one
for each corresponding manual, and can be used to toggle between the two
at any time. At the highest level in each of the manuals, the navigation
structure is a complete outline of all features and general design
specifications. Live "breadcrumb" links appear at the top of each page
to reflect the specific location of that page within its manual.
The Feature Manual cross-references its graphical elements in the Design
Manual by corresponding links within Section number 5 (five) of each
Feature Document. The Design Manual cross-references information within
the Design Manual only.
When a cross-reference link is pressed, the left-side navigation will
refresh and expand to indicate where that page resides in its
corresponding manual. To return to the previous page, press the back
button in the browser navigation bar.
